Product Description : Made by Cor Surf, this wooden surfboard rack mounts easily to the wall. The stained solid hardwood wood is perfect for showing off your boards. A rubber strip protects the board from dings and prevents slipping. It can hold up to three longboards. These are super cheaply made racks. They can't even use one continuous piece of wood for three feet...the are pieced together from multiple pieces of wood. One of the screws for mounting was genius-ly placed on one of the joints. The racks self destructed, and left me with more ding repair than I care to think about. I'm sure the company doesn't want to pick up that tab... The board rack has worked well so far (three weeks) - holding three boards, one of which is quite heavy. Already the arms are a little wobbly where the heavy board has been. This might be due to a couple of the screws being slightly defective (improperly machined so that I could not get a good grip with a screwdriver - i.e. the X where the screwdriver goes was almost completely filled with metal).I am not very confident about this rack over the long term. There are only four screws holding the whole thing up (two each side) on the wall. It seems steady so far, but I have to wonder about this as a long term rack.I had expected higher quality for around $80 (would have been nice if someone had done a quality check on the screws for instance!). This is a product that has been banged out to order as cheaply as possible (a few dollars in Asia?). Personally I would have added at least two more screws for mounting and used a higher quality supplier. I'll use this rack until it looks like it'll fall down and then buy a different one. I'm not sure it'll last more than a year. It is a very nice rack but it does not work for standup paddle boards... And it doesn't come with weight limitations
