Online plus size junior This is my second pair of these....I have sciatica and my knees were really bothering me a year ago. Went to a PT and she told me to bring in my shoes...sounded goofy but I was in pain! At the time I was wearing sketchers work out shoes and a lot of flats. The sketchers were not giving me the correct support and were mainly what was causing the problems. Those went out the door ASAP. She told me to get good inserts for your shoes, which I did and my knees stopped hurting completely. Unfortunately you can't use inserts in sandals, so I went to the shoe store I bought my inserts at and bought my first pair of these. They take a few days to get used to but they have not made my knees hurt at all! It feels more like summer is here when I can wear sun dresses with my sandals! So I am on my second pair and looking at more!
